Mitsui Garden Hotel Ueno has 245 guest rooms with double beds or twin beds. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. The guest rooms listed below come in a range of sizes, but can all sleep two people comfortably.
Moderate Rooms are 18m² with a semi-double bed.
Moderate Double Rooms are 18m² but have a large queen-sized double bed.
Superior Rooms are 18m² and have a semi-double bed with an extra Airweave mattress. These rooms are located on the upper floors of the hotel.
Superior Double Rooms are 20m² and have a queen-sized double bed.
Moderate Twin Rooms are 22m² and have two single beds.
Superior Twin Rooms are 25m² and have two single beds as well as arm chairs and a tea table.
Universal Twin Rooms are 22m² and have two single beds. These rooms are fitted with handrails and are suitable for wheelchair users and elderly guests.
There are also some special Panda Rooms which come with double or twin beds and are decorated with panda motifs.

All rooms have air conditioning and heating, a refrigerator, an LCD TV with cable channels, a combined air purifier and humidifier, a work desk with a desk lamp and telephone, an electric kettle with tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, pajamas, slippers, an emergency flashlight, and a hair dryer.

Each room has its own private bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower, and a toilet with an electric bidet. Bathrooms are supplied with free amenities which include a full set of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial and hand soap, toothbrush sets, disposable razors, hair brushes, and cotton buds.

Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served every morning in the 1st floor Italian restaurant, Bosco-il-chianti. This is a buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western style breakfast items, and a great range of special dishes. Among the special items are soy milk, various kinds of handmade tofu from an old family store in Asakusa, Greek and Italian style pasta dishes, and seasonal salads served with the restaurant’s special salad dressing. Breakfast is 1,600 yen for hotel guests and is served between 7.00 and 10.00 with last entry at 9.30.

Bosco-il-chianti is also open for lunch from 11.30 to 15.00 with last entry at 14.30. On weekdays dinner is served from 17.30 to 23.00 with last entry at 22.30 and on weekends from 17.00 – 22.30 with last entry at 22.00. This is a non-smoking restaurant during breakfast and lunch, but smoking is permitted during dinner.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Ueno has a 24-hour front desk. Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out by 11.00. Baggage can be stored at the front desk before checking in and after checking out.
There is a self-service laundry on the 2nd floor which has a coin operated washing machine and dryer.
There is a microwave oven on the 3rd floor. Soft drink vending machines and ice-making machines are located on every floor except the 2nd floor.
In-room massages can be booked for a fee and are available between 19.00 and 26.00.
A laundry service is available for a fee. Laundry brought to the front desk before 10.00 will be returned by 19.00 on the same day. However, this service is not available on Sundays and national holidays.
The following items are available to borrow from the front desk: ironing equipment, nail clippers, an electric transformer, bathroom scales, a thermometer, tableware, wheelchairs, and umbrellas.
There is a computer and printer in the lobby area that is available for guests to use. There are also a limited number of laptop computer which are available to rent for a fee.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Ueno is located directly across from the Asakusa Exit of JR Ueno Station. From JR Ueno Station it is a 3 minute walk, from Keisei Ueno Station it is a 6 minute walk, and it is a 1 minute walk from Exit 1 of Ueno Subway Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya and Ginza lines.
