Ueno Hotel is a cozy business hotel offering compact, comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities at very reasonable room rates. Ueno Hotel is in an excellent location which is close to JR Ueno Station and convenient for Ueno Park, the National Museum of Nature and Science, the National Museum of Western Art, and Tokyo National Museum.

Ueno Hotel has 201 sound-proofed guest rooms with options of single, double, or twin beds. All beds are fitted with Simmons bedding to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. All guest rooms are non-smoking. All rooms are supplied with air conditioning and heating, a flat screen TV, a refrigerator, a safety deposit box, a desk and telephone, an ionic hair dryer, slippers, nightwear, and two complimentary bottles of mineral water.

All rooms have adjoining bathrooms with a shower but no bathtub. Bathrooms are provided with towels, and free amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face & hand soap, toothbrush sets, hair brushes, and disposable shaving razors.

Breakfast & Dining
There is a small dining area in the hotel lobby where a simple continental breakfast is available from 7.00 to 9.30 each day. Breakfast items include rice balls, bread, fresh fruit, salad, milk, juice, coffee, and soup. Breakfast tickets can be bought at reception for 800 yen.
For other meals there are Chinese and Italian restaurants, a casual Japanese izakaya, and a vegetarian café in the area around the hotel.
There is also a 24-hour Lawson convenience store a 2 minute walk from the hotel where you can buy snacks, drinks, and daily groceries.

This hotel has a 24-hour front desk with friendly, English-speaking staff. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Luggage can be stored at reception free of charge both before checking in and after checking out.
On the second floor of the building there is a self-service laundromat with coin operated machines. The washing machine costs 300 yen for a single wash with detergent added automatically. The dryer costs 100 yen for a 30 minute cycle. There is also a laundry service for a fee, but this is not available on Wednesdays or public holidays.
In the lobby there are computers available for guests to use freely. There is also a microwave oven and a public telephone.
There are vending machines for soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and snacks on every floor.
The following items are available to borrow from reception: an electric kettle, a humidifier, an air purifier, a desk lamp, an iron a mobile phone charger, a nail clipper, a wine opener, a trouser press, extra pillows, and extra blankets.
In-room massages can be arranged for a fee.
High speed wireless internet access is available in all the guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
