All apartments are non-smoking and are supplied with air conditioning, heating, a TV, a combined air purifier and humidifier, and a safe. Guests are also supplied with a “Handy” smartphone which can be used freely both inside and outside the hotel. The Handy has unlimited internet access and apps for train times and city maps which are very useful while sightseeing. The Handy can also be used to make free calls within Japan and also to some international locations.
Every apartment has its own bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower. The following amenities are provided for free: toothbrushes and toothpaste, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, cotton buds, slippers, a hair dryer and a full set of towels.

Each apartment at Mimaru Ueno Inaricho has its own fully stocked kitchen and dining area with a table so that guests may prepare and enjoy their own meals. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, an induction hob, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a sink. Cooking utensils, cutlery, washing up detergent, a dish washing sponge, and a kitchen duster are also provided.

To buy cooking ingredients the 24-hour Maruetsu supermarket is just a 1 minute walk from the hotel. For those who wish to dine out this hotel is conveniently placed for a great range of Japanese, Chinese, Indian, and Italian restaurants.

The reception is open between 7.00 and 22.00. The reception staff at Mimaru Ueno Inaricho are friendly, helpful and can speak both Japanese and English. There is also a tablet at reception which has a translation app for 12 languages including Russian, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai, French, Nepali, Hindi and English.
An electronic concierge called Bebot is available for the guests to use in English and Chinese. Bebot can give guests local restaurant, shopping, and sightseeing recommendations and can also be used to make restaurant reservations.
Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 11.00.
The following items can be borrowed for free from reception: a vacuum cleaner, a toaster, a rice cooker, ironing equipment, and extra blankets.
