All beds are 140cms wide and are fitted with Simmons brand bedding to guarantee a comfy night’s sleep. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. All guest rooms have heating and air conditioning, and both wired and wireless high speed internet access. Guest rooms are also supplied with a small refrigerator, a TV, a combined humidifier and air purifier, an electric kettle with tea making facilities, slippers, nightwear, and a hair dryer.
All guest rooms have their own private modular bathrooms with a combined bathtub and shower. Toilets are fitted with electric bidets. All bathrooms are supplied with towels, and complimentary amenities which include shampoo, conditioner, soap, body sponges, toothbrushes with tooth paste, hair brushes, and shaving razors.

Breakfast & Dining
A complimentary breakfast is served from 6.45 to 9.15 in the restaurant Italian Tomato Cafe Jr. which is located on the 1st floor. Breakfast consists of soup-of-the-day with a choice from four kinds of bread (either toast, a bagel-sandwich, a hotdog, or pancakes) and a hot or cold drink. Guests can also order extra items from the restaurant menu for a fee. It is also possible to use your breakfast ticket after breakfast hours to order either bread or a cake with a hot drink (tea or coffee) as a takeout. This takeout service is available from 10.30 to 17.00
Italian Tomato Café Jr.
For other meals this restaurant has a variety of pizzas, pasta dishes, and sandwiches on its menu. Italian Tomato Cafe Jr.’s regular business hours are from 10:00 to 18.00 with last orders at 17.30. There are also a large number of cafes, bars and restaurants in the area around this hotel and the restaurants of Korean town are only a short walk away too. A 24-hour convenience store is just a 1 minute walk from the hotel and there you can buy cheap snacks, drinks and daily groceries.

Hotel Sardonyx Ueno has a 24 hour front desk and multilingual staff who can speak English, Chinese, and Korean. Luggage can be stored at the front desk before checking in and after checking out. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

There are two sets of coin-operated washers and dryers in the laundry room on the 3rd floor. A laundry service is also available for a fee. If this service is requested before 10.00 am, your clothes will be ready in the evening of the same day. However, this laundry service is not available on Sundays or on national holidays.
The following items can be borrowed from the front desk: an iron, a trouser press, sewing kits, and special pillows.
Laptop computers can be rented for 1,030 yen per night.
