A buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western style items is available each morning from 7.00 to 9.00 in the first floor restaurant Grand Chapeau. Breakfast costs 1,200 yen for adults and 700 yen for children. Lunch is also served here from 11.30 to 14.30 and costs 1,000 yen per person.

For other meals there are a number of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean restaurants in the area around the hotel. There is also a Marutetsu 24-hour supermarket just 3 minutes from the hotel where you can buy your daily groceries.

This hotel has a 24-hour front desk with polite, helpful staff. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Luggage storage is available both before checking in and after checking out. A courier delivery service can also be arranged at the front desk for a fee.
